1 Reaction score 0 Oct 6, 2017 #1 Hi, I have Hikvision DS-7104HGHI-E1 installed. I have been trying to see Live view on the web broswer and have tried all three (chrome, firefox & IE) and all of them are showing blank pages. I am able to access other setting of the Dvr and I am also able to playback the recording but cannot see the live view.
Open Microsoft Edge. Click the three dots at the top right of Edge to access the menu. Click Settings. Click the Default browser tab in the Settings window. Look for the “Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode (IE mode)” option. Click the dropdown menu and select the “Allow” option by clicking it. This suggests it is not Win11 or Edge as such but something in how the NVR handles video streams for the Live View. iVMS 4200 works ok on same machine for live view on multiple cameras and on playback. NVR 7608 with F/W 4.51.0025 (not upgrading given comment on >4.6.xx from others ) and Plugin version is 3.0.7.41.

To fix this, you will need to go into the Microsoft Edge settings, and head to the “default browser” page. On this page, there is an option to add URLs under the “Internet Explorer mode page” section. This will likely already have the “not supported” URL. You will need to delete this URL, and add the normal URL with just the IP address.
Answer: You cannot change OSD information on previously recorded footage; once footage has been recorded it is no longer able to be changed from the recorder. You must make sure the OSD information is accurate before the device is set to record, or it will have incorrect time and date. Did you find it helpful? Yes No. To remedy this, you can enter Maintenance and Management from the main menu to enter your Device Management page. From here, look to your left and you will see the "Group" tab under Device Management. Select Group and then select your recorder from the list. Then select Import -> Encoding Channels and you will then be able to import your 4GCM.
